The Navy Army Community Credit Union added a new four-story, 50,000 sf office building neighboring their existing building in Corpus Cristi, TX. In order to keep the existing building and the new building operating as a cohesive unit, a pedestrian bridge was constructed to connect the buildings. The office building was designed with a concrete slab foundation, supported by drilled piers, and utilizing light-gauge framing on the exterior walls.
